Pathetic Technical

I have a problem. I’m in network engineer by training, and I know a thing or two about where the problem lies. However, the only actual you have is by telephone call to someone in India. The technical person did not know what a Macintosh was. Even after I explained it was the computer made by Apple. Every single link on this page that goes to send you to a generic Trenet help website. The first thing you need to do is put in your operating system – – there is no iOS in any of the pop ups. The second thing you do need to do is put in your unit and serial number. I have 30 cameras. Whenever I put one of those in I get for that specific camera not for the iOS application After three hours on the phone now with the only phone number, the technical person has itted that they are in over their head. His first suggestion was that I undo the two weeks of wiring and all three cameras and send them back to him. Finally after a lot of discussion he escalated me to level to technical . They’re supposed to Call me back in six hours. Do not buy any equipment from these people if you are using anything on an Apple platform.
Forces mjpeg encoding by saving over h.264 or h.265 config settings

Each time I view a camera with this app it will alter and save the config settings from h.264 or h.265 to mjpeg. It does this when the stream is logged in as an . If it’s not set to mjpeg and you’re not logged in as an , it won’t stream anything. As far as I can tell, it behaves this way for any sub-stream setting or client bandwidth availability. Once you stream from this app, you will be limited to mjpeg encoding across all other apps that use the sub-stream until you close this app and reconfigure the settings. Besides fixing this major problem, I’d like to see an option to toggle between the main stream, sub-stream, and for some cameras, the third stream depending on bandwidth availability.
Only works on your own wifi network

This app is very basic and only displays the ip cameras connected to your own wifi network and only while you are connected to the same network. Leave your house and you can no longer see your security cameras using your phone. So, it's useful if you want to look around while watching TV or sitting in bed but you'll have to log on from another computer if you want to watch your stuff being stolen when away from home. A very weak product.

How to to connect the cameras into you’re móvil device, I try a couple different ways and it won’t connect, I have ed the app into my phone and I input all the info and name and , and it keeps telling me “unable to connect to device” Anybody had this problem?? Please help. TIA
