Crashes

All it does is crash I've deleted and reinstalled it but it still won't stop crashing. Please fix it!

I purchased this app on Jan, 28, 2017 and ed it to my iPad2, using iOS7. Your app does NOT work. When I click the icon to open your app, I get a full screen image of a pencil with Chinese letters, no English. Then the full screen closes in about one second and returns to the icon for your app. My ipad works fine with all of the many other apps on it. What's wrong with your app? Why won't it stay open? Where is the English writing?
