Install CHAPS Connected app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the s folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CHAPS Connected"
The search will reveal the CHAPS Connected app icon. Open, then click "Install".

To be honest, this was bought as a present for me and my family did not know that it was a smart watch. Was excited to try something more than a step counter. Found the app very easy to use and am finding the watch to be surprisingly functional, look forward to seeing what all it can do.

The app stopped Sync-ing to my watch, the count of how many steps I took a day was inaccurate, recorded about 1/2 - 3/4 of the amount of steps I actually took. The only thing I like about the watch is the look. The smart feature has been a waste of time after the first couple months.
Steps are extremely under counted
