From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business s (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.

Do not use this thirst party booking company ! I booked my reservation months before my event to avoid any problems with my reservation as time got closer too my event they decided to cancel my reservation the week of my event , first of all they had a month to check if they over booked they still had the audacity to charge my card 2 weeks before my event and they still didn’t notice I was over booked they ended up sending me and email saying my reservation was canceled due to overbooking I called and all I was told was there was nothing they could do since they are a “third party booking service “ I know that but still I would think they would help there customers in getting a new reservation for my stay they still wanted me to reserve another property at full price ! And they will refund me the difference it was gettin close to my event that I had no other option honestly my next reservation was bad I had the worst experience and till this day I’ve been tryin got get my difference back and All I keep getting that I will receive wallet credit I do not wanna use there service no more I recommend that you guys don’t neither save yourself the stress and time I would suggest using another booking company

I have never been in a hotel where the power was out and not even have a backup generator. I booked a 3 day 2 night stay and on my last morning the power went out about 5:45am I had an interview at 8pm and needed to look my best. I had to get dressed in the dark and could not do my hair and makeup on top of that had to take a cold shower. The hotel at checkout didn’t even offer any type of compensation. My air didn’t work in the room and pillows were flat. Rakia the housekeeper was so sweet and friendly she made sure we had what we needed both days we saw her. The front desk was friendly and the lobby was nice and accessible. Breakfast was nice and had many options. Free WiFi was good to have and complimentary newspapers, fruit and coffee were available everyday. I think I would be more eager to come back to stay if the staff would have acknowledged the power outage. That morning was very important to me and I didn't need that stress before my interview. Location was right off the highway with restaurant options a block or so away. Although having to walk out the front door to see a funeral home across the street is not the first thing you would want to eye but the rate was reasonable.

I booked this room late. I was coming from a friends get together and didn’t want to take the long drive home. I choose this hotel because it looked decent, and good surroundings and big enough for me,my daughter, and my fiancé. Now, when I booked, I made sure to put 2 adults, 1 child. Of course your site makes aware of it and accommodates. So as I arrive, we get our keys and as I walk to the room, it’s TINY. Not even big enough to fit a crib! It’s ridiculously small! So upset because I have my daughter who is crying because she wants to sleep and I can’t put her in this room. The bed was small and pretty much fit just 1 person! I then had to go back and let the guy know I did not want the room, he suggest a bigger one but there’s a “up charge” but that was after he suggested first to cancel the reservation through booking (knowing I’d have to pay a cancellation fee) and then rebook it. Now, I have to pay additional money because YOUR website didn’t accommodate my needs! Worst night, so disappointed with your booking! Highly dissatisfied customer!!!! Will definitely tell people about this! I’ve worked in hotel business and this is not how the booking nor the hotel experience should be
