I've done this 4 or 5 times in the last few years and I always feel so dynamic and so glad afterwards. Watch the coaching videos- they help you stay in the game. You'll be pleasantly surprised with your results and have no cravings for crap food. Such a gift to yourself!

Completed the 7 day program with the results promised. Lost 7 pounds, found energy that I didn't think I had. Only could take 3-4 juices/day because I was surprisingly full. At the same time went to the gym for 6 days, 1.5 hours each time. Didn't like the super green color on the juices, but once I tasted it and found a sweet, refreshing flavor, I was hooked. My favorite was ion 4 juice master! Delicious! The spirulina and wheatgrass flavors are hidden in the juice so you won't taste it, other than the green color you see. Excellent start to eating healthy, and change that old person in you. You only need 2 ingredients (extra effort and complete dedication) don't give up or listen to others watching you juice only, while they eat unhealthy, greasy, terrible food! Once you are completed, eat in low portions and do not forget to keep having juices as part of your day. Great app, easy to understand, love the videos, and the app Vale's motivation. This is my honest review. Hope it can help you.

Pretty good app. The juice is a bit sweet for me because most use lots of apples and pineapples. I have issues with Candida so I found many of the recipes to have too much natural sugar. Suggestion: Purchase enough raw veggies & fruits to get you through the first three days to make sure it works for you before buying five or seven days worth. The app is awesome in that it lets you adjust your grocery list by how many days you want to shop for - pretty cool! If you have lots of recipes for juicing and do it regularly then maybe you won't find the app as helpful but if Juicing is new to you in any way then it's GREAT! And as stated in a prior review, there are only 9 juice recipes and a couple hot drink recipes. But wonderful for beginners as its not overwhelming! Provides good bases for getting the basics down before venturing out to make your own recipes. Also the app is so helpful to have in hand when at the store shopping - no lists to make! And there are some coaching videos included which are cool.

After reading your energetic and uplifting books I was really excited to start the program but was stuck on how to execute! Making the shopping list was so mind boggling, I almost gave up, but it's effortless with this app!!! This app saved the day and many of my days to come!!! So glad I found it, now I am a few days into the program and feeling great! The audio coaching really adds to the book experience and how cool it is to put your energetic personality with your writing! And the videos on how to make each thing was an outstanding addition! Although much of this info can be found scattered out between your other wonderful resources, this app has it all in one convenient place :) watch out turbo plan I'm coming for you next!
