Please Fix the Check-in!!

I've been using this app since it was first made available in the App Store. I go to this app a LOT so this app is great for keeping track of points. In the beginning there was some trouble with scanning but I think all those issues have been fixed. The problem I experience is with the check in feature. It takes way to long to load and check in. Then once I finally do get checked in and try to play the kings match game - it only works about a 1/3 of the time. For the other 2/3 - as you tap to reveal the images only a blank white screen appears. And even though they are all matching (since they are all blank white) it says sorry you lose. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have even gotten a new phone and it still does this. Also, I have noticed that it does not matter if you share on Facebook or Twitter, your chances of winning a coupon do not increase. It could just be because I go there so much, but I have only gotten a coupon 5 times out of at least 200 trips to this app. Please fix the app so that the check in feature is actually worth the trouble of checking in. Thanks!!!
Great but not full potential

The app is very neat in concept but the only problem is that the only way I can use my points is if they scan my phone screen. If you’re like me and your screen looks like a shattered windshield, you can’t scan it. It would be great if you could scan your receipts to add your points after you but something or when you link your card, when you buy with that card, points are automatically added to your .
Difficult to change/keep

This app does not get along well at all with Apple Keychain. There is no option that comes up that allows me to save a new/changed to the Keychain. I spent ten minutes playing around with Settings and Safari, eventually got locked out of my for a short period of time before I finally got things to working right. And I tend to know my way around iOS. I can’t imagine someone less knowledgeable trying to change a forgotten .

Every time I try to reload my card with ONE 25$ payment it charges my multiple times. Even though I’m only touching it once. This has happened multiple times, this last time loading $100 on my card. I love being able to prepay and only take my phone out with me but I won’t be using this feature anymore. :( super annoying.
