I agree with the previous reviewers about the disfunction of this app. It is truly disappointing and frustrating that I can never access my using this app while in line to purchase Rita’s or even at home. I was only able to access my once on the day I created it. The message I continually receive when I enter my ed email address and is “Invalid email or . Please try again.” I even continue to receive the same error messages when I attempt to reset my with the temporary s that are generated and sent to my email address. How can that be when the temporary s are generated by you? I have purchased enough Rita’s this season to have earned at least two free items by now. This app should be decommissioned until it is debugged and working properly. In the meantime you should figure out a way to keep your ment promise to your loyal customers by issuing stamp cards to keep track of purchases and rewards until this app is working the way it should be.

Nags me to turn on Bluetooth every time I open the app, and there’s no way to turn off that notification. Every time I try to , the app tells me that either my email or is invalid. Clicked on and the app tells me that my email address is invalid, although the company has no problem sending a steady stream of promo emails to that address. So I tried to set up a new using a different email address and , and got the same message. Pretty worthless.

I am a huge Rita’s fan and had no idea that they had an app. I go to my local Rita’s almost weekly and I am so happy to see they have a rewards program too. FREE TREATS!! The app is so easy to use which makes it so worth it and a total no brainer!

Not only is this app easy to use, but I also receive awesome rewards for visiting my local Rita’s! If you don’t have this app on your phone already, I highly encourage you to it. You won’t regret it!!
