I had very high hopes for this app after reading all of the positive reviews. My issue was that I had (obviously) duplicate listings after adding s from different sources- I.e. FB, LinkedIn, manual entry, etc. When I used this app to recognize and merge duplicate s, it erased many s completely (strangely, it seemed to target some of the people I most frequently communicate with), and for others, my texts would be labeled “Maybe: [the app name],” even after I would go into the the app and manually correct the the app. The app purports to allow you to undo and changes made, but this feature did not work either. I wrote an email to their help department (of course they do not provide any phone number) regarding my issue and distress over paying even the small amount for the full version, and received ZERO response. Thankfully I had backups of my phone on iCloud, and was able to restore my s. Interestingly, I had to go back several days before I purchased the product in order to get a fairly correct list of my s, and EVEN THEN, some s that I knew were in my phone prior to the use of this product did not come through. My concern is that I happened to notice this because I was actively engaged with a couple of the s at present. I have no idea how many others were affected or corrupted by this app. Please beware of using this product and spending $ on it.

Paid for the pro version. Still nags for a review though - gets to be very annoying. I have a total of 5 sources of s (wish iOS would give you option of which source you want to add new s like it does with calendar entries) and I’ve already asked the developer to give a “friendly” name to the s within this app - such as “Gmail”, “Yahoo”, “iCloud” or otherwise - would make the move between s easier and faster and make the app for intuitive in the process. Otherwise, once you get used to the flow and nuances of the app, it does what you want it to do. Luckily, it even comes with a built-in backup/restore which was handy when I accidentally deleted 80 s when I thought it was a single the app! Hoping the developer keeps working on this app, it is good and could be great!

I don’t know what the other people here may have experienced. Perhaps the older versions had some issues. But this app works exactly as promised. I had over a thousand linkedIn s added to my phone book by mistake and none of them had any email or telephone numbers. According to apple, outlook and LinkedIn I had to identify and remove them manually which was an impossible task. With this program I got rid of all the s with no phone numbers in minutes instead of days. As a bonus I merged all the duplicates and ..... Well worth the 1.99$ spent. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

I upgraded to the iPhone 7 and somehow my s (only a mere 1400+) duplicated!!! I was angry that my carrier (leaving them anonymous) couldn't find a quick cure to erase what I am sure was their fault anyway!! So where did I turn - to my 'computer guru' daughter - of course. She found your app, and what was going to take me a month or more to delete one by one, I had done in a couple hours!! I love the younger generation as technology has left me in the dust!! The app provides many options as to how to eliminate the duplicates. I chose the manual way as I still had to link several s to get all the info on one the app. It gave me the opportunity to view them on an as needed basis. As I was deleting the duplicates I was able to delete my old s, so by the time I was completely finished I had less than 700 real s - which I consider a job well done. Sometimes smart phones are too smart for their own good! Thank goodness for your app to dumb them down a little so my generation can feel a little superior to technology!!
